Overview
The Red & Blue Game is a team game that runs for 2- 3hrs and demonstrates where, when and how an individual’s characteristics and behaviour can change throughout negotiations. Proper professional facilitation and feedback allows the delegates to deliver against the following objectives:

Each delegate will be asked to complete a pre-course questionnaire to determine their individual learning objectives. These will be used by the trainer to give on track training that is focused on the individual learner attending.
