The Red & Blue Game is a team game that runs for 2- 3hrs and demonstrates where, when and how an individual’s characteristics and behaviour can change throughout negotiations. Proper professional facilitation and feedback allows the delegates to deliver against the following objectives:

  • Identify changes, choices and challenges in adopting assertive over aggressive or submissive behaviour

Key Learning Review

  • Group discussion and professional feedback to consolidate key learning. Delegates will leave the day with a list of development activities to improve their supervisory competency back at work.




Each delegate will be asked to complete a pre-course questionnaire to determine their individual learning objectives. These will be used by the trainer to give on track training that is focused on the individual learner attending.




The individual leaves this program with a Personal Action Plan to encourage immediate transfer of training to the job.
