COURSE DESCRIPTION

 

Stress and pressure can be found everywhere in and outside of work with the majority of stress and pressure at work often caused by the most mundane things. It’s now been proven that stress lowers the immune system, causes headaches, fatigue and is the cause of most sick days taken off work in the UK. However, stress is also a necessary and important part of our human existence and in small doses stress sharpens our reflexes, heightens our senses and our responses and enables us to cope with very demanding and challenging situations. Mastery of stress management is vital for good health and wellbeing as well as effective leader and leadership and driving personal and business growth.

 

Stress Management is a rewarding approach to managing stress and pressure at work that covers all fundamental aspects of the stress management process making particular reference to your behaviour as an example of how to grow out of our limited capability to face life positively and avoid creating stressful situations at work. The program takes a holistic view of stress management and introduces the delegate to the knowledge, skills and attitude required to positively manage stress and pressure at work for great results.
