We are proud to have been working with Petrofac since 2012.

This interactive, engaging team event for Petrofac Oman’s senior leadership team helped this group to identify a shared vision; to recognise the philosophy of management and the significance of management communication so that followers properly follow. A key output of this session was for each to understand each other much better for better team working. This workshop was the first in a series that included 1-1 executive coaching to hone individual development action.
