We are proud to have been working with Citizen Advice Scotland since 2015.
This tailored social media workshop supported team members at all levels at Citizen Advice Scotland build the organisation’s online presence particularly through Twitter. This workshop enabled the learner to determine the basics of an online marketing strategy and funnel; how to respond to negative or critical responses; determine what makes an effective tweet; build a impactful Twitter profile and understand of how Twitter works to build a positive Twitter audience.
