Planning and Organisation Skills is a proven approach to individual productivity that covers the fundamentals of planning and organisation, paying particular attention to personal time management and productivity drivers. The program takes a holistic view of personal productivity at work and introduces the delegate to the knowledge, skills and attitude required to behave effectively and deal efficiently with daily work routines.

Case study will be given on the day.

 

Teams discuss scenario given where planning and organising work has been identified as an issue affecting productivity. Each team produces and presents a productivity improvement plan for the case.

 

Objectives

  • To practice identifying time wasting activity at work
  • To practice development of a productivity action plan
  • To discuss and debate key insights and learning gained through this activity

 

Key Learning Review

  • Group discussion and professional feedback to consolidate key learning. Delegates will leave the day with a list of development activities to improve their planning and organisation competency back at work.

 

IN ADVANCE

 

Each delegate will be asked to complete a pre-course questionnaire to determine their individual learning objectives. These will be used by the trainer to give on track training that is focused on the individual learner attending.

 

ON-TRACK FOR GROWTH

 

The individual leaves this program with a Personal Action Plan to encourage immediate transfer of training to the job.
