Understand how you create value for your organisation at your level?

To determine your contribution, how you create value you need to understand your organisation’s vision, mission and values!

Think about your priorities!

All tasks above are important for efficiency.

But efficiency without profit or without purpose (effectiveness) is wasted!

To determine your priorities think effective as well as the efficient use of your resources (being time, money and assets) to deliver your business objectives.

Think about the management process!

To make much better decisions and produce high energy teams use teamwork and collaboration for tasks 1-3 and to deliver results that very often exceeds expectations use command and control for tasks 4-5.
