This particular case study showcases our work with their top talent as part of a Carillion initiative called the ‘Futures Development Programme’.
Futures Development Programme
Carillion MENA selects around 20 to 30 high performing employees each year to attend their Futures Group Development Programme. Selection is rigorous and those that are invited onto this programme are recognised as top talent.
This programme is an opportunity for each to learn practice and showcase their talent through a series of interventions, individual and group project work that is focused on developing key Carillion’s Leadership Competencies and demonstrable value creation back at work.
The Whole Thing co-created and delivered of a series of tailored learning solutions, namely: Leader and Leadership; Building High Performance; Planning Projects and Events and Presentation Skills. And supplied MTQ48 (Mental Toughness) and ILM72 (Integrated Leadership Measure) Questionnaires by AQR, UK to aid insight and discussions on their performance.
This facilitation resulted in learning and insight for Personal Action Planning that is supported throughout the year by an internal mentor arrangement so that the participant’s learning is kept going.
Results
Carillion MENA has been able to demonstrate measured success from the Futures Development Programme and The Whole Thing continues to receive excellent Reaction and Learning from all interventions given and enjoys input into structured program reviews.
