George has been published extensively on topics in CSR, strategic management and international business, and is author and co-author of 4 books and over 40 academic articles. He is the Communications Associate Editor of the prestigious British Journal of Management and the International Journal of Management Reviews.

David is Group Organisational Development Director at Total Produce Plc, a global €6 billion fresh food business, where he is responsible for global people strategy, organisation design, succession planning and talent development. Significant experience across automotive, food and beverage, logistics and FMCG sector previously holding executive and board-level HR roles in international businesses such as Carlsberg and Norbert Dentressangle (now XPO Logistics). David is passionate about building highly-engaged organisations; a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Tamara is CEO & Co-Founder at PachaMama Foods an African Foodtech start-up & social enterprise committed in providing healthy, tasty and affordable food locally sourced and produced with the highest international quality standards – currently feeds over 200,000 pupils in Plateau state as part of the National Home-Grown School Feeding Programme (NHGSFP). Tamara is a lawyer with vast international experience in the oil and gas industry, commercial and corporate law, compliance, dispute resolution, and maritime gained working for companies such as Chevron Nigeria Ltd, AELEX, Subsea 7 and Spectrum Geo Ltd in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Mediterranean and Asia Pacific. Tamara actively promote diversity at board level and recently acts as a trustee for a non-profit organisation (Perceval & Knights Foundation).
Emma is VP Worker Welfare at Expo 2020 Dubai and provides strategic leadership for Real Estate & Delivery and directs the Worker Welfare Team to protect and preserve the health, safety, welfare, security and dignity of those working to build the Expo 2020 site. She has more that 17 years of experience in Human Resources in hospitality, facilities management and construction industries in the UK and the Middle East and North Africa regions. She is deeply passionate about employee welfare, engagement and sustainability – having originated a number of initiatives to improve the wellbeing of employees in large organisations, including fast track leadership development programmes, learning and development initiatives and employee recognition schemes. Emma is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development
