Kate is Associate Director, Digital Strategy and Capabilities, at Astellas Europe.
Over 24 years in communication roles across established markets region, such as Europe, Canada and Australia. Last 13years in both client and agency side within pharma for, and in partnership with large management consultancies as well as emerging start-ups. Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, Kate was a journalist for Time Inc, the Independent and BBC. She studied at the University of Sussex and the University of North Carolina, US, and has an MBA, Distinction, from the OU. Kate embraces digital as a disruptor and is passionate about providing more convenient and seamless solutions for healthcare professionals and patients.


Sara Roberts

Sara is the founder and CEO at Healthy Nibbles, a solutions led business delivering nutritional wellbeing within workplace and communities, through tech enabled healthy vending, unmanned retail, data & analytics and services. Prior to Healthy Nibbles, Sara founded a brand and innovation consultancy in Sub-Saharan Africa. Sara sits on both the Global Nourishment Advisory Board and Covid-19 Taskforce led by the International WELL Building Institute, is an Ambassador for Women’s Enterprise Scotland and is one of EY’s European Winning Women.
