DAY 2 • BLENDED LEARNING PRACTICE

Review of key points of day 1

Practical Exercise – Design a short blended learning intervention for your workplace

By the end of the day you should have:

  • An outline of your blended learning solution including the methods & media used for each stage.
  • How you will monitor & assess it as it’s in progress & at its conclusion.
  • How you will market the blended learning solution & who you will choose to champion it.

Reviews will be taken throughout the day & breaks for discussion/opinion seeking with colleagues in the training room

Key Learning Review

  • Group discussion and professional feedback to consolidate key learning. Delegates will leave the day with a list of development activities to improve their blended learning competency back at work.

 

IN ADVANCE

 

Each delegate will be asked to complete a pre-course questionnaire to determine their individual learning objectives. These will be used by the trainer to give on track training that is focused on the individual learner attending.

 

ON-TRACK FOR GROWTH

 

The individual leaves this program with a Personal Action Plan to encourage immediate transfer of training to the job.
